When we see “www” we recognise it as the "world wide web," but for many users with disabilities it's more like the "wild wild west." We all have the right to inclusive and delightful digital experiences. Accessibility is what makes these experiences open to all.

But …
- What is web accessibility (a11y)?
- Who benefits from accessibility?
- What are some common accessibility barriers?
- And how do we test for accessibility?

In this workshop, we will be discussing these topics followed by a hands-on group exercise on testing websites for common accessibility issues.

Bring your own devices - Windows/macOS laptops are recommended for beginners, iOS and Android smartphones are also welcome if you don't have access to a laptop.
